The oil supply pressure of gear oil pump is too low, and the oil supply is interrupted, resulting in the lack of oil of the bearing bush and dry friction; 4, bearing debris or lubricating oil is too much, too dirty; 5, the bearing has uneven excessive wear; 6, when the compressor is installed, the main shaft and the motor (or diesel engine) main shaft coupling are not aligned, the error is too large, resulting in the tilt of the two axes. After understanding the cause of the bearing fever, we can give the right medicine. Elimination method: 1. Scrape the bearing shell with the coloring method to make the contact surface meet the requirements and improve the specific pressure per unit area; 2, adjust the appropriate clearance, check the crankshaft bending, distortion, according to the situation to replace the crankshaft or repair; 3, with the quality of the bearing shell, check the oil pipeline and gear oil pump, use the lubricating oil that meets the quality requirements, check and adjust the oil pump pressure to meet the requirements; 4, clean and replace the new oil, adjust the oil pressure; 5, replace the new bearing bush; 6, the concentricity of the two machines should be positive, and the leveling tolerance value should conform to the value specified in the machine specification.
